Delivery Charges


Delivery is charged per order, and is automatically calculated as items are added to your shopping cart.

However any delivery charges that are stated are only applicable to Mainland UK, For Southern Ireland / Scottish Highlands / Jersey / Channel Islands / Isle of Wight / Isle of man and anywhere Overseas please enquire for shipping Charges as Couriers add a surcharge to these areas.


Delivery Times


We process your order as soon as possible.

Most orders are delivered within 5 - 7 working days in the UK.
Small items are posted by  'Royal Mail Signed For' delivery,

if you are not in to accept delivery a card should be posted through letterbox to advise of a failed delivery and give

a re-delivery date or a phone number to contact to arrange delivery at your convenience.

Large items,  are posted via the courier network. If you are not in when these are delivered, 2 further attempts will be made on consecutive days (not weekends). If the parcel is returned to us after these 3 attempts we will make every effort to get it redelivered however you are responsible for the cost of the redelivery.

We're also happy to accept orders from outside the UK.

Returns Policy


  1. If you are returning an item because of an error on our side or because it is defective, we will cover all shipping costs incurred in returning the item to us, and exchange or credit in full.
  2. errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Non-defective goods ordered in error, goods must be returned unused can only be accepted for return if they are unopened and in their original packaging and unused condition.
  4. In the case of electrical items that have been fitted there is a possibility that the new part can be damaged by some other fault in the equipment it is connected to. Therefore, no electrical items may be returned if they have been removed from sealed packaging unless obviously faulty.
  5. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. If you wish to return an item to us, please email us at the following:  explaining the reason for the return.
